One Account Per Player

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ceo94 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ceo94 website located at ceo94.app and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, the cashier, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

Definitions used throughout these Terms:
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on ceo94.
- "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonuses held in a player's account wallet at any given time.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

ceo94 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under the age of 18, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending age verification. During any such suspension, the player will be unable to deposit funds, place wagers, or request withdrawals.
If age verification confirms that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned minus any withdrawals already processed, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. ceo94 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required to do so.
In addition to the age requirement, players must meet the following eligibility criteria to maintain an active ceo94 account:

Section 3
Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money games and the ceo94 cashier, players must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on ceo94 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ceo94 does not apply currency conversion fees; the amount you send via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard is the exact amount credited to your account wallet, subject to any applicable processing times.
Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly to your ceo94 wallet. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to reflect depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. ceo94 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and approved. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and mobile number or card used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–12 hours of approval during BST business hours.
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
ceo94 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that significantly exceed a player's typical activity pattern. Withdrawal requests submitted outside BST business hours will be queued and reviewed at the start of the next business session.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): ceo94 operates in compliance with AML principles. Players must not use the platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of any illegal activity. Any account found to be involved in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately, funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Winnings accumulated through the use of fraudulently obtained funds will be forfeited in their entirety.
ceo94 is not a bank. Funds held in your account wallet do not earn interest. Real money funds are held separately from operational funds and are protected in the event of platform insolvency, though ceo94 makes no formal guarantee in this regard beyond its internal policy commitments.

- ৳200 per transaction. No deposit fee charged by ceo94. Payment provider fees may apply.
- Minimum Withdrawal
- ৳500 per request. KYC must be complete. Returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
ceo94 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and whose accounts are in good standing.
- Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once, unless the promotion is explicitly stated as recurring or ongoing.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met using real money wagers. Wagers placed using other bonus funds do not count toward the wagering requirement of a separate active bonus unless explicitly stated.
- Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified on the promotion page.
- Bonuses that remain unclaimed or where the wagering requirement is not met within the specified expiry period will be voided automatically and removed from the account.
- ceo94 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-offer, players who have already opted in and partially satisfied the wagering requirement will have their progress assessed on a case-by-case basis.
ceo94 uses bonus monitoring systems to detect unusual wagering patterns that may indicate bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wager cycling, placing opposing bets, or coordinated play across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, ceo94 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and close the account without notice.
- Bonus Expiry
- Unclaimed or incomplete bonuses are voided after the expiry period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus Abuse
- Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have winnings voided and may be permanently closed.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on ceo94, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ceo94 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ceo94 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in every territory.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ceo94 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account; initiating chargebacks on legitimate transactions; providing false identity information.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or any game where player actions affect other participants.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place wagers, exploit bonus offers, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, game glitches, display errors, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not arise under normal game conditions. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will not be paid out.
- Money Laundering: Using ceo94 as a channel to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity.
- Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account — whether under the same identity or under fabricated identities — for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a restriction placed on an existing account.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication directed at ceo94 staff or other players via any support channel.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. ceo94 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
ceo94 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the safety of other players.
Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, access to the cashier will be restricted pending the outcome of the review. ceo94 aims to complete internal investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player via the registered email address.
Players may also voluntarily close their ceo94 account at any time by contacting our English support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who close their account under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are subject to a cooling-off period during which re-registration is not permitted. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
ceo94 also reserves the right to close inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — following a notice period communicated to the registered email address. Prior to closure of an inactive account, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the last confirmed withdrawal method.
- Voluntary Closure
- Contact English live chat support to request account closure. Real money balance is returned to your last withdrawal method after KYC confirmation.
- Inactive Accounts
- Accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months are subject to closure after a notice period. Remaining balance is returned to the player.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
ceo94 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to all games and services, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, downtime, or technical interruptions. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ceo94 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of winnings or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, game errors, or connectivity interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Any financial loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including loss arising from account suspension or closure for breach.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ceo94 platform.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from inadequate password security on your part.
- Any content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services used in conjunction with ceo94, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay payment processing services.
Where a game result is affected by a verifiable software malfunction, ceo94 will void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ceo94 is not obliged to honour winnings resulting from a game displaying incorrect odds, payouts, or game logic due to a technical error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ceo94 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
